We are seeking a Software Developer to support and enhance the College's ILT (Integrated Learning Technology) solutions.
Working closely with the Web Developer and Learning Technology teams to deliver robust and innovative software solutions tailored to the unique needs of a Further Education environment. You will support web integration, technical and staff development, VLE management, VLE design and continuity and other digital processes.
This is a Level 4 Apprenticeship, to be eligible to apply you must have a good general education including Level 2 qualifications in English and maths. Some knowledge and experience of programming using PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript and some experience of supporting and developing mobile-friendly web-based solutions is essential. A Level 3 qualification in an IT related subject and knowledge of SQL Server and Tall stack is desirable. We are unable to accept applications from candidates qualified to Level 4 or above in this specialism.
