The Sous Chef will provide high quality fine dining for events taking place at the school as well as general day-to-day food production, kitchen and Front of House management and direct communication with Senior Staff at the School and Junior School.
The principal focus of the role is assisting the Head Chef in the planning, preparation, cooking and serving of meals and refreshments for the School’s pupils and visitors.
Hours: 35 hours per week, 36 weeks per annum.
Straight Shifts, 5 out of 7 days, with a mix of day and evening work, but flexible to cover events.
