Role Responsibilities:

  • Developing and overseeing the implementation of the school’s SEN policy.
  • Working closely with teachers, parents, and external specialists to create and implement individualized support plans for students.
  • Leading training sessions for staff on SEN best practices and strategies.
  • Conducting assessments to identify students’ needs and monitoring their progress.

Requirements:

  • A relevant degree and qualifications in Special Educational Needs.
  • Proven experience as a SENCO or in a similar role, ideally within an international setting.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
  • A commitment to inclusive education and the success of every student.
