We are seeking a dedicated Special Educational Needs & Disabilities (SEND) Coordinator to join our Elementary/Primary School team. This Curriculum Coordinator role focuses on ensuring that students with special educational needs receive tailored support to thrive academically and socially within the UK curriculum framework.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with SEND.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external specialists to provide effective support strategies.
- Coordinate assessments and maintain accurate records of student progress.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on SEND best practices.
- Promote an inclusive culture within the school community.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education or related field (minimum requirement).
- At least 3 years of experience working in a similar SEND coordination role.
- Strong knowledge of the UK primary school curriculum and SEND frameworks.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams including teachers, parents, and external agencies.
