This is an incredibly significant post for our school. We are looking for a strong, calm and inspirational leader, who is passionate in achieving the very best outcomes for all students, and particularly those with SEND.
You will:
- hold a National SENCO Award qualification or commit to achieving this within 3 years.
- ensure the best possible outcomes for SEND students and their families.
- lead a committed, friendly and supportive Team with access to excellent career development and support. influence practice across the school
