The Governing Body of Wolfson Hillel Primary School welcome applications from existing SENCOs and school leaders looking for a new, exciting and rewarding challenge to become the new SENCO of our outstanding school.

Wolfson Hillel Primary School is a thriving two form entry school in Southgate, London and is part of The Jewish Community Academy Trust. We were judged outstanding in all areas by Ofsted in March 2017.  The Governors and staff wish to appoint a SENCO to start in September 2020, or sooner.

At Wolfson Hillel, we believe in nurturing all our children to develop to the best of their abilities. We are proud to be part of each child's journey, assisting them to become knowledgeable, skilled, confident and responsible members of our local and wider community. We believe that all Hillel graduates should understand their obligation to make positive contributions to their families, friends and communities as well to general society as British citizens.

You will be a leader who is passionate about equity for all children and is able to inspire and motivate learners. You will have a strong commitment to promoting the school’s ethos and be able to work closely with parents and families and as part of the leadership team. The post may on occasions include a small amount of teaching commitment.

We are committed to the health and well-being of our staff and strive for ways to promote work-life balance. A school laptop is provided for each member of staff, which connects remotely to the system allowing increased flexibility and there is on-site childcare provision with a discount for staff.
