Salary: Teacher Pay Spine + TLR (£3,017 - £7,368)

Hours of Working: Full Time

Required: A non-class based Special Educational Needs Lead at Trinity C of E Primary Academy to work as part of a large team in a three-form entry Primary Academy.

Trinity C of E Primary Academy is seeking an experienced practitioner to lead SEN/D within our academy. The SEND Leader will be supported by a team.  The successful candidate should have a proven track record with raising standards and expectations. The successful candidate should also be able to communicate and work effectively to work with Senior leaders, staff and parents to understand the current needs of children.

In addition to carrying out the duties of a Class Teacher as outlined in the current School Teachers’ Pay and Conditions, the post holder will receive a Teaching & Learning Responsibility, demonstrating particular knowledge and interest regarding Special Educational Needs.
