Special Needs Teaching Assistant

We are looking for a qualified teaching assistant to join our team and to support the development of Jasmine House, an independent special educational needs day school for young people with autism aged 11-18 based in Heanor. Jasmine House School is part of Smoothstone Care and Education. The successful candidate will support our teaching staff to deliver the curriculum and help develop a therapeutic, nurturing environment in order to meet a range of needs including Autism and associated social, emotional, communication and learning difficulties. Jasmine House School sets the highest standards for the young people that attend it and will further support and work with their families.
