We are seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate Specialist Complex Needs and Behaviour Assistant to join our dedicated team at Hatton Special School. You will collaborate closely with a passionate team, delivering high-quality support that meets the unique needs of our students.

Hatton Special School is a dynamic, welcoming, and supportive special primary school based in the heart of Redbridge. We pride ourselves on creating a nurturing environment for children aged 3-11 with complex needs, including autism, social communication challenges, down syndrome, and other learning difficulties. As part of our continued growth, we are excited to be expanding In January 2026, we will open our brand-new Upper School, providing further opportunities for our older pupils. This is a fantastic time to join our team and be part of this development! Although our staff are amazing and have developed some fantastic practices in working with our pupils, we do not sit back. We are continually striving to further develop the learning opportunities we provide for our pupils.
