Are you currently working in a Teaching Assistant, Learning or Behaviour Support/Mentor role and looking for stability and development in a permanent role within a specialist team?

To develop our support to children with an education, health and care plan (EHCP) in our schools, we are creating a specialist team of Learning Support Assistants initially to work in our primary and secondary schools.


As part of this specialist team, you will be initially and predominantly based in one school to support children, however there will be opportunities to work across schools or in a different school should there be any change in the circumstances to the children you are working with e.g. migration.


You will work in school to provide specialist support to children with an education, health and care plan across a range of needs; including working to support students’ emotional regulation and mental health and delivering specialist interventions.


We are looking for experienced colleagues with a Level 3 qualification who are passionate about supporting learning and building positive relationships with children with a range of needs and have the specialist qualifications, knowledge, skills, abilities and experience to do so.


You will have the opportunity to work as part of a small specialist team, which provides a clear network for support, growth and development. This team will work closely with the SENCo and teams in school as well as the trust’s SEND Director.
