Location: West Drayton, Middlesex
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, flexible and motivated Specialist Learning Support Assistant to support children with the development of their speech, language and communication skills.
The role involves assessing children using the Language Link and Speech Link assessment tools and providing intervention to groups of children or individuals to enable them to improve their speech, language and/or communication skills. Ongoing support and training will be provided by the school and the Speech and Language Therapist.
You must have experience of successfully supporting children with the development of their speech, language and communication and of working in a primary school or early years setting. Previous training in specific speech and language intervention would be an advantage and a willingness to undertake further training a necessity.
