Part-Time Specialist Literacy Tutor (0.6 FTE / Permanent)
Salary: £17,890 - £21,417 inclusive (actual salary), dependent upon experience
We require a suitably qualified and flexible practitioner to join our dedicated team of tutors. Applicants must hold a recognised qualification (Level 5 or above) in working with students with Dyslexia / SpLD and have the ability to deliver specialist intervention to students with a broad range of literacy difficulties on a 1:1 or small group basis.
Experience of teaching older students is desirable but not essential. However, the successful applicant will need to use a highly visual and interactive teaching style to support students’ learning. Subject to a required minimum 3 days/week working, flexibility on working patterns across the week is available.
