Salary: Band 6, Spine point 25-30, Pro-rata £13,185 pa - £15,687 pa (FTE £32,735 pa - £38, 947 pa)

Hours: 14.50 hours per week, 2 days per week, Term time plus 2 weeks. 

Location: Nightingale Community Academy, Beechcroft Road, London SW17 7DF

Newly expanded as an academy trust with an Outstanding Ofsted rating, our friendly and successful Therapy team works in partnership with lecturers/teachers and support staff across all our sites. 

Nightingale Community Academy is a specialist educational provision for boys aged between 5 and 19 years old who have a statement of Special Educational Needs (SEN) or Education Health Care Plan (EHCP) for social emotional and mental health difficulties from a range of backgrounds.

The OT service is an integrated model which is focused on supporting students to access the class-based curriculum by working on core barriers to learning. The aim is to maximise a child’s potential to access learning, and to optimise their ability to function in class and home. You will work closely with teaching staff and the inclusion team.  You will be part of an expanding and innovating, multidisciplinary therapy team.
