Job overview
We need an amazing Specialis Support Assistant to work with us in our Independent Special School for students with SEMH/ASD/ADHD to:
- plan, guide and help students to make positive learning, lifestyle, moral and health choices that enable them to return to full time education
- be the champion for a key group of pupils, monitoring and overseeing their academic and behavioural progress - in partnership with collogues, parents and other professionals
- support the welfare and well-being of those with social, emotional, mental health and physical disabilities
You will work as part of a small, friendly team to ensure all students are effectively supported and engaged in their learning.
