Monday-Friday, 37.5 hours per week (Full-Time)

Unlocking Potential is a charity working with children and young adults with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs.
We are looking for an enthusiastic Speech and Language Therapist who will work as part of the multi-disciplinary team in primary schools offering individual therapy and support based on the needs of the pupils. The role also works in collaboration with partner organisations and other agencies to secure the provision for the children. The Speech and Language Therapist supervises Speech and Language Therapy students on clinical placement with our Schools’ Programme, alongside carrying a clinical caseload. You will be expected to oversee all aspects of Speech and Language Therapy provision within the Charity. The applicant must have significant experience in therapeutic children's services, with clear evidence of positive impact through engagement with children and their families.
Applicants will need to have acquired qualifications in Speech and Language; BSC/Msc or equivalent and HCPC and RCSLT registered.
This role will be subject to an Enhanced DBS with child and adult barring.
