 This includes 40 days holiday, and we are happy to consider term time only or term
          time + 4  weeks working patterns as part of our flexible working offer.  

Hours: 36 hours per week, full time (40 weeks per year) or Term time only and part time applicants will be warmly considered

The Integrated Services Team is highly valued by the college and plays an integral role in influencing the whole college’s direction and practice.  

You will be joining a College with an Outstanding Ofsted rating, and a successful Therapy team that works in partnership with lecturers/teachers and support staff to support our learners in accessing all aspects of the curriculum, as well as liaising with parents/carers and other external professionals and agencies.

The Speech & Language Therapy Team are passionate about:

• Working collaboratively with curriculum staff to provide a total communication environment throughout the student’s day

• Ensuring all students can communicate to their potential through the assessment and provision of appropriate AAC 

• Creating capable and enabling environments for within a Positive Behaviour Support framework

• Supporting the whole college with hearing the student voice, self-advocacy and the promotion of every student’s human rights 

• Ensuring all students are able to eat and drink safely 

• Working collaboratively with the rest of the Integrated Services team which comprises Occupational Therapy, Creative Arts therapists, Nursing, Physiotherapy and Positive behaviour support leads.
