37.5 hours per week, 5 days out of 7 

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Sports Centre team in our state-of-the-art sports and leisure facility. You will assist in maintaining the Sports Centre facility and equipment, provide reception and booking functions, assist with key events, and form part of a lifeguard team for swimming events and lessons. 

You will be NPLQ and First Aid qualified and ideally hold Pool Plant qualification or willingness to complete. Exceptional customer service skills, along with the ability to work under your own direction and as part of team is essential. 

This post is full-time, working an am/pm shift basis between the hours of 6.30am-10pm with the need for weekend commitments.

Haberdashers' Boys' School is a large independent school located in the village of Elstree, Hertfordshire. Founded in 1690, the all-through school educates around 1,200 boys aged 5-18, all of whom are day pupils.

The School has a selective admissions policy, with prospective students for the senior school expected to pass entrance exams across a range of subjects. The best-performing boys are interviewed to ascertain their suitability for a place at the School. Entrance to the pre-prep and prep departments is also selective, with assessed playgroup sessions and exams used depending on the boy’s age.
