Job overview

To lead the Sports Centre team to deliver a high-quality service to members, pupils and staff. Oversee the daily operations of the facility, managing both commercial and educational use. Plan, deliver and develop commercial Sports Centre operations to increase revenue and control costs. Leading the Sherborne Sports Centre Management Team with overall responsibility for the operational and financial performance of Sherborne Sports Centre focusing on quality control, customer service and staff serving the needs of all members and ensuring facilities are kept in exemplary condition.
