Leicester Grammar School is one of the UK's top-performing co-educational HMC independent day schools for pupils aged 10-18.
We are looking for a talented Sports Graduate to assist within the PE & Games Department at Leicester Grammar School from September 2018 to July 2019. This post will provide an ideal training and development opportunity for graduates looking to progress into a sports or education related role. Our Sports Graduate will be required to work with pupils aged 10-18 in the School’s major games of netball, hockey, athletics or swimming.
The successful candidate will have a degree-level qualification in a relevant subject, coaching experience and an interest in working within a school environment. Within the Department they will take responsibility for coaching Girls’ sports within the curricular games programme, but to also manage and coach teams as part of an extensive extra-curricular sports programme. Applications from candidates with a specialist coaching and playing background in hockey and/or netball would be welcomed.
