We are seeking to appoint an inspirational Standards and Progress Leaders to take up post in September 2020. This is a fantastic opportunity to help shape and influence the future direction of the school’s pastoral work.
Standards and Progress Leaders are senior leaders of the school and, as part of the Extended Leadership Team. They are allocated a reduced teaching timetable to allow time to support and monitor students effectively. Standards and Progress Leaders are supported by a team of Pastoral Managers.
Standards and Progress Leaders are accountable for the standards (including the attainment and progress outcomes) reached by all students within their year group. Therefore, experience of having raised academic achievement is desirable.
