We are seeking to appoint an inspirational Standards and progress leader to take up post in January 2019. This is a fantastic opportunity to help shape and influence the direction of the schools already outstanding pastoral department.

As a standards and progress leader you will be a member of the schools executive team, and will be allocated a reduced teaching timetable to allow the post holder time to support and monitor students effectively.

The successful candidate will 

· Model best practice at all times

· Have the ability to mix the operational aspects of pastoral work with a strategic vision

· Have a record of raising attainment

· Be able to inspire and challenge groups of targeted individuals

· Be a team player with excellent communication skills

Standards and progress leaders are supported by a team of Pastoral managers.

Moulsham High School has a close working relationship with an on-site early year’s childcare provider. This enables staff working at the school to receive a discount if full day nursery or wrap around care is required.
