We are seeking to recruit a hardworking, dedicated individual to join our team of Breakfast Club staff here at Benedict Academy. The suitable candidate will assist in the day to day organisation of the Breakfast Club, supervising and taking care of the children who attend and supporting the team in planning a range of engaging early morning activities. We are passionate about providing healthy nutritious meals for the children in our Academy and so expect a high level of commitment from the Breakfast Club team to ensure that all meals produced are to an excellent standard. If you take pride in your work and can work well on your own or as part of a team, we would like to hear from you. In return, you will be paid an above average rate of pay. We welcome applications from all interested candidates including those who hold a relevant NVQ Level 2/3 qualification.

The successful candidate must:

• Have a knowledge of basic food preparation.

• Be able to work effectively in a busy environment.

• Have an ability to read and complete simple instructions, such as cleaning rota and

       work rota.

• Be able to communicate with all staff and pupils.

• Display and maintain a high standard of personal hygiene.

• Able to encourage children to select a balanced meal.

• Display a commitment to the Trust’s equalities policies.
