Job overview

To lead and inspire your team to deliver operational excellence through a clear, strategic vision that enables our 27 schools with 2,500 staff to provide the best environment for a brilliant education to our 14,500 pupils. With academies spanning South Yorkshire and Cambridgeshire, you will be central, through provision of appropriate estate and facilities, to helping young people, many from disadvantaged backgrounds, realise their ambitions and dreams. Hybrid working from our central office in Sheffield plus home and including routine visits to our schools and leaders, you will serve our academies with absolute dedication to provide the best support available.

Your post will be challenging and rewarding in equal measures with your decisions contributing directly towards teaching and learning success. From planning and the management of c.£10m annual budgets, you will be intimate to maintaining the present while investing in a sustainable future. We have an exciting programme of carbon footprint reduction, equally driving down costs to channel ever more into education. In sum, you will be dedicated to professional excellence, committed to our Trust and Vision, champion and bedrock of our fantastic schools.
