The Wythenshawe Catholic Academy Trust wishes to appoint an IT professional who can lead the strategic direction of IT across all schools in the Trust.

We are looking for an exceptional and inspirational leader who would have the experience, motivation, knowledge and skill set to work in partnership with the Trust’s executive leadership team, Headteachers, Business Managers and other key stakeholders to help strengthen the Trust’s IT strategy

The main duties of the role are:

Deliver organisational transformation in line with the overall Trust development strategy. Operate, lead and maintain IT support services across all schools within the Trust. Lead, develop and maintain appropriately skilled and highly motivated personnel across all teams. 

The successful candidate will: 

• Have a passion for delivering IT transformation

• Be able to lead the delivery of all IT services, marketing strategy, reprographics and website content and development

• Be able to work proactively with and provide consultant level support to all key stakeholders

• Have strong moral and ethical principles and values

• The ability to adapt and respond positively to challenging situations

• Be flexible, open to new ideas, committed to working as part of a team and of course have a good sense of humour
