Due to growing our student numbers we are building capacity in many subjects and have some amazing opportunities. This is an exciting time in our school journey as we have just received a ‘GOOD’ from Ofsted in December 2022, which we are incredibly proud of and have some great ideas of how we are going to embed further practice.

You will be passionate about your subject and be able to lead by example. You will support the Leader of Science to develop and co-ordinate schemes of work, leading on project work that will focus on your skillset, which will be key to raising student achievement. Our aim is for students to exceed their expectations and for you to experience great satisfaction when they get there.

We will play to your strengths and can offer you:

·       A range of benefits which include cycle to work, free parking, an employee discount scheme, a laptop/iPad.

·       A strong commitment to staff wellbeing and recognition.

·       Annual Learning & Teaching Conference for all Teaching Staff.

We are proud to be part of Castle Phoenix Trust. This facilitates an opportunity to play to your strengths and provide excellent collaboration between colleagues and leaders, access to effective CPD and the chance to develop professionally. The Trust is committed to invest in and develop all staff and, most importantly, bring about the best possible outcomes for our students who deserve the very best. Our Trust values are really important to all of us and include Respect to All, From All, Innovation and Collaboration.

Our headteacher, Alison Gallagher, would be delighted to meet you and talk about the opportunity, please email Emma.davies@castlephoenixtrust.org.uk to book onto a visit.

Foxford is a co-educational maintained secondary school situated in Longford, Coventry. The school is for students aged 11-18 and features a sixth form with capacity for 200 students.

The new headteacher started at Foxford in October 2020 including new recruits to her leadership team. They are passionate about ensuring all students have a good education. At Foxford we are extremely proud of our school and our students which study here.
