Job overview

We are seeking to appoint an inspirational senior leader who will work with partners to develop and deliver the School Improvement Strategy across Northamptonshire as we prepare to become two unitary authorities in 2021.This post will be responsible for services within School Effectiveness, The Virtual School, Education Inclusion Partnerships, School Place Planning and Admissions. You will need to have experience of successful management and leadership at a senior level within both school and local authority environments the ability to work at a strategic level and proven experience of working with a wide range of providers and partners to deliver outstanding results.

You will have the ability to deliver outcomes in line with both national and local guidance and have an excellent knowledge of relevant legislation and inspection frameworks. 

This post requires an experienced leader who has an excellent understanding of best practice and the political landscape.
