Job overview

We are looking for a highly organised and knowledgeable individual to manage school admissions and school place planning and oversee via policy development, home to school transport.

This is a strategic post; therefore a proven record of work at this level is essential.  You will be expected to build relationships with schools and academies, as well as being able to work effectively with parents, members of the council and other council departments.

You should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, whilst also being able to compile, interpret and manipulate different data sets, and deliver this in meaningful ways to others.  You must be have a current driving license and access to your own vehicle.

East Riding of Yorkshire Council is willing to consider offering the right applicant CPD to support them in this demanding role.
