We’re currently looking for a highly motivated individual with an appropriate sport-related qualification to join us as a Strength and Conditioning Coach.

To help support and achieve this, our dedicated coaching teams endeavor to create an environment that allows pupils to learn from a wide range of over 30 competitive sports and recreational activities, all well-resourced with fantastic facilities. Planning and delivering a range of individual and group based strength and conditioning sessions, including testing, gym based, recovery and field based, you will work closely with pupils, staff, parents and external institutions to ensure each pupils’ long term physical and sporting development is supported. You will do this by monitoring their progress and providing regular reports on their levels of physical fitness. Supporting on the delivery of any rehabilitation programmes being conducted by medical and physiotherapy staff, you will also ensure that strength and conditioning equipment is well maintained for this purpose.
As well as previous coaching experience of working in a strength and conditioning and physical development setting, you’ll hold an appropriate Strength and Conditioning or Sport-related qualification. We’re also looking for a dedicated team player, with a high level of accuracy and excellent communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently with minimal direction.
