Job overview

We are seeking to appoint a Student Behaviour Administrator, with the drive to contribute to an atmosphere of respect, recognition, optimism, celebration and mutual support within the school which promotes equality within and values the diversity of the school community. You will be required to work closely with our Deep Support Team to support the provision for students who need help to overcome barriers to learning and develop their potential.

Outwood Academy Haydock is an 11-16 academy, based in the former mining village of Haydock, within the large Merseyside town of St Helens, and is yet to be inspected by Ofsted. Part of the Outwood Family since 2022, we are a welcoming and supportive academy, with a relentless determination to provide the very best education for every child. The successful candidate will have high aspirations for students, is committed, and passionate about learning; who has the skills and determination to make a significant difference to the lives of our students and share our single goal of ‘Students First’. The role of the Student Behaviour Administrator is to be the gatekeeper of the consequences system. You will manage the procedures to log and track data to provide reports and accurate information for the Senior Leadership team, as such the successful candidate must have the ability to work effectively under pressure, be a reliable, organised and conscientious individual who is a flexible team worker and shows initiative.

Hours: 37 hours per week, term time only, plus 5 days.

Actual salary: £20,168 - £20,505, based on a full time equivalent salary of £23,500 - £23,893.
