About the role:
We are looking for an outstanding Student Engagement Coordinator to work as a member of the centre team to promote student engagement and learner voice.You will develop students' personal, social and employability skills and qualities through enrichment programmes and learner voice activity.
About you:
Educated to degree level or equivalent, you will have experience of working with and engaging young people and / or adults in an ethnically and socially diverse education setting. You will have experience of promoting and developing student engagement and an excellent knowledge and understanding of curriculum, tutorial and enrichment delivery. Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills both verbal and written is essential.
