Job overview
We have a permanent vacancy to join our Student Finance department as a Student Finance Team Assistant.
If successful, you will be dealing with all elements of student queries from payment of fees to bursary applications. An approachable and confidential manner is essential with the ability to answer queries from students, their parents and other staff members by telephone, email and face to face.
This role will involve use of the College Finance system on which training will be given but a working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages is essential. You should have experience of working in a customer service environment and have a high level of data accuracy and the ability to explain complex funding and bursary regulations.
