Job overview
We have an opportunity for an apprentice to join our Student Information team, ensuring an outstanding service is provided to internal and external customers in an efficient and effective manner.
Joining us as an apprentice in the Planning and Information Systems Directorate you will be responsible for providing high quality administrative support to the area, including office clerical duties. You will process relevant documentation for cross-college provision, maintain appropriate records and update data records within the directorate’s areas of responsibility.
You should have some previous work experience, have good written and verbal communication skills and have good general IT skills, including Word and Excel. Qualifications in Maths and English at GCSE Level, Grade 9 - 4 (A* – C), is essential.
This role is fixed term for 16 months, during which time you will be required to work towards a Level 2 qualification in Customer Service.
