We are now seeking a passionate and inspirational Student Progress Leader (History) to support the work of the curriculum leadership team to further raise standards of student attainment and achievement by developing and enhancing the teaching practice of others. You will support the work of the curriculum leadership team and strategically plan for improvement in the quality of pedagogy across the department.

What are we looking for?  

An excellent track record of recent, relevant professional development   

Evidence of good / outstanding classroom practice   

Clear demonstration of the ability to coach/model best learning experiences to other teachers and staff 

Experience of leadership of a community project or an area of school development  

You must be fully committed to optimising the opportunities that are available to children and young people, secure in the knowledge that you will be joining an ambitious forward-thinking Academy Trust that sets the standards for our family of schools and academies.

Trinity Academy Halifax is the founding academy of Trinity Multi Academy Trust. It opened in 2010 and since that time has secured two Ofsted 'outstanding' judgements as well as being designated as a National Support School, a National Teaching School (leading the Trinity Institute of Education) and a Maths Hubs of Excellence (leading West Yorkshire Maths Hub).  In 2019 we were awarded the World Class Schools quality mark.
