Barton Peveril is a highly successful 6th Form College and we have an opportunity for a Student Records and Finance Administrator (Apprentice) to join our MIS and Finance Teams.
This role is for two years and is 37 hours a week, term time only + 3 weeks. This role includes a work placement Business Administration course.
You will provide administrative support to all MIS and finance-related activities. This will include supporting the exams team, ensuring data from all sources is recorded accurately, monitoring department email accounts and escalating tasks appropriately, processing approved credit card orders and liaising with tutors to ensure a high completion rate for Learning Agreements.
You will have excellent attention to detail, organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines. You will be able to communicate with all levels of staff, students, and parents and be able to give outstanding customer service. You must be a team player who is approachable and flexible within your work.
