Student Recruitment Officer

Permanent, Full Time position, 52 weeks per year, (immediate start)

Salary: £18k - £24k per annum (depending on experience)

In this role you will be responsible for converting high-calibre prospective candidates into students. This will be achieved via regular targeted campaigns, well prepared and outstanding relationship management and customer service skills. You will also manage all inbound enquiries via phone, email and in person.

You will process Application Documents, working closely with our Registrar, enrolling students and communicating with Agents, Parents and Students re offers. 

It is a Sales / Marketing role where Education is the product being promoted to students and it is vital for you to have the ability to convert multiple enquiries into applications through honest & ethical sales techniques.

The Successful candidate will be expected to lead call new student enquiries in order to convert students into applications both from the UK and overseas market.

This is a sales role where Applicants will be judged on their ability to self-motivate to achieve targets & goals.
