Job Details:

• 35 hours per week, 8:15am-3:45pm, term time only (to include one day per week at college)

• £6.00 per hour

• Fixed term to period of level 2 Administration apprenticeship period

We are currently looking for a highly motivated individual to fulfil a Student Services Apprenticeship role.

The main responsibilities of the role are to undertake reception duties, dealing with face to face enquiries with students, provide first aid support to students (training will be provided if necessary), contacting parents  and general administration/ clerical support.  

The ideal candidate will be able to relate well to students and adults have the ability to work constructively as a team. Good IT skills are required and customer service experience would be an advantage. A good standard of education - 5 x GCSE’s – C or above (or equivalent) including English & Maths is essential.

Due to the nature of the role candidates must be age 19 or older.
