We are seeking to appoint a Student Support and Administration Assistant to provide a professional, welcoming, positive, and highly efficient service to the students of Oaklands School, and to contribute to the active promotion of the schools vision and ethos. The post holder will be the first point of contact for all student enquiries in Year 7 -11 during the school day and until 4pm each school day.
Applicants must possess sound literacy and ICT skills, an excellent telephone manner, the ability to pay attention to detail and to work under pressure. You must have excellent administrative skills in order to undertake a wide variety of administrative tasks, and the confidence and ability to work independently and unsupervised for the majority of the time. Experience using an MIS such as SIMS is highly desirable.
