The Ridgeway School & Sixth Form College are looking to appoint a resourceful, enthusiastic person to join the Student Support Team. You will need a ‘can do’ attitude, enjoy a challenge and seek to encourage change in a young person’s attitude and opportunities. An assertive, robust personality with excellent behaviour management skills are essential to cope in this challenging but rewarding role. Experience of working with young people would be advantageous in this role. There is a possibility of working staff lunch duty which would be an additional ½ hour per day paid at RID F19 (£14.39 p/h) and includes a free lunch.
