Parkside School was judged as a GOOD school by OFSTED in October 2016.

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, forward thinking, and motivated individual to become a Student Support Leader. The post will involve:

· Working with Progress Leaders, classroom teachers, students and parents to monitor student progress, plan and implement interventions.

· Monitoring and analysing behaviour and attendance data and to implement interventions for students or groups of students.

· Monitoring and evaluating interventions to measure impact.

· Developing and maintaining positive relationships with staff, parents, students and other agencies to support outstanding progress and the pastoral care of all students and groups of students.
