We are seeking to appoint a Student Support Officer who will work as part of the Pastoral team and report directly to the Assistant Head in charge of behaviour and ethos. The successful candidate will manage the Student Support Centre and work closely with teachers and support staff to help practically and administratively with all aspects of the school’s Behaviour for Learning Policy. They will be a good communicator at all levels, have well developed social and emotional skills, be able to work under pressure, have sound organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload and be able to work on their own initiative. A knowledge of SIMS would be desirable but not essential.
Hours: Mon, Thurs and Fri 07.45-3.30 Tues and Weds 07.45-3.00
