Queen Elizabeth's Academy is seeking to employ a Student Welfare and Agency Co-ordinator with experience of supporting Children Looked After and disadvantaged students to improve standards of achievement by the early removal of barriers to learning by gaining the trust of identified students and their carers to provide individualised support and care.

You will carry out a range of essential pastoral and administrative activities to ensure that funding, intervention strategies and communication are all used as effectively as possible to support the welfare and wellbeing of students. 

Job title: Student Welfare and Agency Co-ordinator 

Working hours: 37 hours per week, term time only

Grade: Grade 5 - actual salary £20,100 - £22,192

Contract: Fixed Term until 30/08/2022

Start Date: January 2022

Closing date: 16 December 2021 

The successful candidate will work under the guidance of senior leaders and teaching staff.
