We require a confident, calm and caring team member to join our Emotional and Social Wellbeing team who provide pastoral support and guidance to identified Students/groups at Oxted School.  The successful candidate will have excellent communication and listening skills, be firmly committed to the School's aim of improving standards of learning and achievement and improving life chances for all Students.  You will be an excellent role model and offer your support and guidance to ensure Students are fully engaged.

Part of the role is developing strong links with Parents/Carers and the wider Community to facilitate the improvement of the Students' behaviour and social skills, attendance and punctuality.
