Drama Studio London, part of the University of West London, is seeking a Studies / Quality Lead.
The Studies/Quality lead is responsible for ensuring that the DSL courses as designed and delivered fully meet the specifications and expectations of staff, students, UWL and oversight bodies in terms of standards and quality. You will ensure that appropriate policies, processes and procedures are shaped and documented to articulate this, that staff responsibilities within these are devolved in practice across all course teams and that annual monitoring, review and updates/enhancement processes are conducted, documented and implemented. You will take the lead in co-ordinating cyclical course review, approval and accreditation processes, and ensuring that constituent reports/ data capture within these (eg staff development, industry engagement) are completed annually. The role may also encompass some direct student contact, through oversight of the studies curriculum. This may encompass some teaching according to the specific skillset and interests of the successful candidate.
