Subject Lead MFL (Spanish teaching essential) 

Mainscale/UPS + TLR 2a 

Great Academy Ashton is celebrating a successful first year under new leadership and looking to accelerate and build on that in 2018-19. We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic MFL teacher, looking for a first promotion or a new challenge to join our Communications Faculty. The team is made up of a young group of enthusiastic MFL staff and an established and experienced team of English teachers, with a new Head of Faculty in post. Our Subject Lead for MFL will need to teach Spanish to a high standard and support the development of the schemes of learning in languages, coach and mentor teaching staff and help us build a quality assessment framework. This is a great first step towards a wider Department Head, or Head of Faculty Role and you will have lots of CPD to help you develop your leadership skills within a fast moving environment.
