SALARY: MPS/UPS PLUS TLR 2A ( £2,666 per Annum)

Rushcroft Foundation School is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic female Subject Leader - Teacher of PE to join our passionate and highly motivated team. This is an exciting opportunity for a committed and motivated professional who would like to work in an Academy focussed on consistently raising the attainment of all pupils.
The successful candidate will have the dedication, commitment and strategies to raise the attainment of all students at every level. We are always looking for ambitious professionals who are eager to develop their talents and would potentially offer a role with additional responsibility to a suitable applicant. Applications are equally welcome from experienced teachers as well as NQTs; with effective and supportive induction schemes for both. Teaching of A’ Level PE and BTEC level 3 would be preferable but not essential.
The PE department is successful, collaborative and well established with a drive to continually improve. This has been recognised by the most recent Ofsted inspection completed in April 2016. PE is a very popular subject at Rushcroft Foundation School with a large number of students selecting it at Key Stage 4.
