We are looking for a skilled and dynamic colleague to lead the IT and Computing Department in this 11-18 Church of England school. We are looking for someone who is committed to building on the existing success of the department and motivating and inspiring students to realise their potential.
Hutton is an 11-18 Voluntary Aided school which admits boys only in years 7-11 and both boys and girls into the Sixth Form. The school was judged to be outstanding at the last SIAMS inspection in February 2018 and good at the last Ofsted inspection in May 2017.
The successful candidate will be required to teach both IT and Computing to Key Stage 4 level and there may be the opportunity to teach Computing at A Level if the candidate has the relevant knowledge and experience.
We are looking for an outstanding teacher with a strong vision for the future development of the department. The position would suit an existing subject leader or an aspiring middle leader who is looking to for an opportunity to further their development.
