Job overview

We are looking for a skilled and dynamic colleague to lead the IT and Computing Department in this 11-18 Church of England school. We are looking for someone who is committed to building on the existing success of the department and motivating and inspiring students to realise their potential.

Hutton is an 11-18 Voluntary Aided school which admits boys only in years 7-11 and both boys and girls into the Sixth Form. The school was judged to be outstanding at the last SIAMS inspection in February 2018 and good at the last Ofsted inspection in May 2017.

We are looking for an outstanding teacher with a strong vision for the future development of the department. The position would suit an existing subject leader or an aspiring middle leader who is looking to for an opportunity to further their development.

Hutton has a long tradition of success, a strong reputation and is regularly oversubscribed.
