Subject Leader of Business & Economics

About the opportunity:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and well qualified Subject Leader of Economics and Business Studies to join our outstanding and dynamic Humanities and Social Sciences team. The successful candidate will be able to teach Economics and Business at both GCSE and A level standard, bringing creativity and passion to their teaching. The ability to teach Humanities at KS3 and KS4 is desirable.

Within the faculty, the focus is to be active, engaging and creative in lessons. We encourage students to recognise the value of learning and be confident to take risks, under the encouragement and support from the teacher in class. Results have continued to be excellent in the past few years. All teaching rooms in the faculty are equipped with interactive whiteboards.
