We are seeking to appoint a colleague who will share our belief and our vision for the future. This includes the expectation of at least good teaching and learning and an environment where colleagues work to the highest standards of professionalism. As a Subject Leader you will work closely with your team to raise standards of student attainment and achievement in this area and ensure the quality of teaching is of a high standard.

We are seeking to appoint a candidate who is a Resistant Materials and Graphics specialist.

The successful candidate will have:

· A good degree in the curricular area and strong subject knowledge

· The ability to inspire, motivate and challenge young people

· The ability to lead a team and bring about improvement

· The ability and resilience to manage a rapidly changing environment

· Commitment to fulfilling wider professional responsibilities
