We are proud of our Geography team which is part of Humanities at Lilian Baylis Technology School. At KS3 Geography is taught discretely. At KS4 GCSE Geography is a very popular option and supported by a number of field trips. We expect to introduce A Level Geography in September 2021.
You will be an outstanding classroom teacher who is eager to try new ideas in a supportive environment. You will be keen to improve literacy in Geography supported by our whole school CPD programme.
If you are an NQT you will have a reduced timetable, support from a leading practitioner and will be able to attend CPD, if possible, during July 2020 before the EOT.
Lilian Baylis Technology School is a mixed, 11-19, inner city multicultural school located in a new building at Vauxhall, London. We have outstanding facilities including electronic whiteboards in all rooms and laptops for all staff.
In February 2013 OfSTED stated we were ‘outstanding in all aspects’.
